Returns and Refund Policy:

CROMAS Offshore accepts returns made within 14 days of the order date, provided the item is eligible and in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to charge an administration and/or re-stocking fee where necessary. 

Refunds will be made within 28 days of receiving goods back to our premises.

Any delivery charges incurred returning the item(s) are at the expense of the customer, unless the item has been misdelivered or is faulty. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for further information.
